Our central location is close to Routes 3, 24 and 1. Community features include, air conditioning, fully applianced kitchens, cable and internet ready, and so much more. Certain income qualifications do apply. Section 8 vouchers are also accepted (income qualifications do not apply for voucher holders). Minimum income limits are based on bedroom size for a 1 bedroom the minimum income is $23,520 and for a 2 bedroom $27,480. Maximum limits are listed below. There is a no pet policy.
