We have 86 apartments available to rent for low income individuals and families. Certain income limits and requirements apply. In order to get on our waiting list, an application must be filled out. To request an application please call us at 816-632-2938 ext. ,1 Once the application is returned, you will be added to the waiting list.

The office is closed each day from Noon - 1PM We also have the basic family cable in each apt (approx 70 channels) for 16.70 a month which is not an option as to whether you want it.
