City Lights is an affordable apartment community for residents 62 years of age
and older. City Lights is rent subsidized by HUD’s Section 8 rental program
(tenants pay 30% of income). In addition, resident income is restricted to 50%
of the area median income. Maximum Household Income Limit 50% of HUD Fulton
Country Median Income. In order to be eligible for City Lights you must meet all income and CORI eligibility requirements under the AFHMP approved by HUD.
