Highland Place Apartments provides unique housing opportunities for low-income individuals and families - certain restrictions and qualifying limits apply. Eligible applicants pay approximately 30% of their adjusted gross monthly income, less deductions for children, medical expenses, and child care expenses. Highland features 2 and 3 bedroom suites for families, and 1 bedroom suites designated for seniors 62 years of age and up. Our mission is to provide safe, sanitary and affordable housing within the reach of families with lower income. We offer large floor plans, modern conveniences and a desirable location.
