Courtyard is a pet-friendly, senior, HUD community for adults 62+. We are centrally located and within a mile of bus stops, parks, and pharmacies. We are 1.5 miles east of I-75. We have laundry facilities on each floor, a community room, and a Service Coordinator who organizes 4 activities per week. All utilities are included except electric. Our income caps are $21,500 for 1 person and $24,550 for 2 people.
