Carriage House is a Section 8/Tax Credit community for adults 62+/disabled. We have an on-site laundry facility, 2 elevators, and a community room. All of our apartments are ADA compliant, and have wall-to-wall carpet, grab bars, roll-in showers, blinds, walk-in closets, and emergency pull cords in the bedrooms and bathrooms. We are located in Historic Petersburg, on the bus route with a stop at our front door, and close to restaurants and shopping. The nearby pharmacy delivers to our property.
