Virginia Park is a 40-unit HUD-subsidized residential community for persons with mobility and/or sensory impairments over the age of 18 years. Qualifying income cannot exceed: $25,650 for 1 person or $29,300 for 2 people. Rent is 30% of your income, minus your pharmacy and medical expenses to get the amount of rent to be paid per month. All utilities are included. Our community is for persons with disabilities due to mobility or sensory impairments. All apartments are handicap accessible, from wide doors to the rooms to lowered kitchen cabinets.
