Our motto at Rand Grove is "How can we better serve you? "Wonderful place to call home." As of 6/21/10 our 1,3,4, bedroom Section 8 Project based wait list is closed until further notice. Please note: our two-bedroom waitlist will be reopened effective 11/11/2010. We will accept applications on the second Thursday of the month at 10:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. during our application intake sessions. The waitlist will remain open until it is filled to adequately supply us enough families for a minimum of one calendar year. Office hours on Friday are by appointment only.
