Spring Meadow Apartments located at 176 Canon Circle Springfield, MA contains 270 Townhouse style homes consisting of 162-2 Bedroom apartments and 108-3 Bedroom apartments. Our Community is composed of 44 buildings on 20 acres of quiet country like setting yet, still accessible to on-site public transportation and conveniently located near a major shopping Plaza and Restaurants. All Townhouses are fully applianced and offer self-cleaning oven, garbage disposal, cable-ready, free on-site parking, and personal storage shed. Heat and hot water is included. The Management Office is located on-site and we offer 24-hour emergency maintenance service. In addition, we have an on-site Food Bank, Community Center, Computer Learning Center, Seasonal Activities, and four Laundry Rooms. New roofs are being installed on all buildings and upcoming in the Spring we will be re-paving, re-surfacing and re-striping all parking lots with a new addition of a full court basketball court!

All apartments are being remodeled to include new kitchens, appliances, floors, bathrooms, boilers, and new light fixtures.  We will be adding new lighting plans for exterior buildings. We have on site Security officers on weekends only. We are on the PVTA bus line and within minutes from a shopping plaza.

Spring Meadows is federally subsidized through the Section 236/Section 8 Program and is subject to HUD guidelines.
