PUBLIC NOTICE

Starting  July 14^th, 2025 at 9:00 AM, Powell Plaza, located at: 13320 SE Powell Blvd, Portland, OR 97236 will be accepting rental applications for 0-bedroom (studio-efficiency) and 1-bedroom apartments.

Powell Plaza is an elderly housing property for those 62 years of age or older or those with a verifiable disability. Only households who meet the applicable program guidelines, which are based on eligibility, family composition, occupancy standards, and income limits will be able to continue with the application process.

Applications will be available online at www.powellplazaapt.com starting at 9:00 AM on July 14^th through 3:30 PM on July 28^th, 2025.

Applications will also be available at the rental office of Powell Plaza, located at 13320 SE Powell Blvd., Portland, OR, 97236 between the hours of 9 AM – 3:30 PM on July 14, 2025 through July 28, 2025.  Take note, management reserves the right to remove any person from the premises if such person is causing disturbances, threats, or is a potential danger to others during the intake event.

Applications will be processed in the order the applications are completed, signed, and furnished to management. The resident selection policy and 2025 income limits are available for review at the rental office.

Management will accept up to 50 applications. Once the application threshold is met (i.e 50 applications), all waiting lists will close immediately or all waiting lists will close on July 28, 2025 at 3:31 PM, whichever occurs first.
