We are a section 42 property that limits income in 2012 to no more than $30,780 for one person and $35,160 for 2 people. We welcome small pets under 35 lbs.Our luxurious apartments are beautifully laid out, are of top quality design, come with all appliances including dishwasher, washer, dryer (in select 2 bedroom apartments only), and garbage disposal, a patio/balcony, and spacious closets. Heat, water and underground parking are always included in the rent. There is elevator access to all levels, laundry conveniences on each floor for those who do not have a washer/dryer in unit, and trash facilities on every floor –never walk outside again to take out the trash! The lobby is warm and inviting (our gas fireplace has nothing to do with that either!) Our Community Room is centrally located off of the lobby for community activities on the 1st floor and available for private parties. Our friendly and active community offers daily activities, weekly "coffee", monthly birthday parties, monthly donut day, a "Freshman Club" for residents who have lived here less than 12 months to help them get acquainted, a monthly dinner, a Men's Group, Activities Committee, Monthly movie, spontaneous events, a summer picnic, Christmas party, we bring in speakers to cover topics interesting to seniors and bring in various entertainment – most of all mentioned is free to our residents!
