Tamarac Pines is a pet-friendly, Section 8 community for adults 55+. We are near medical facilities and only 2 blocks from The Woodlands Mall. Residents have access to complimentary bus service 3 times per week and they enjoy the walking trail that surrounds our wooded property. We have an elevator, a community room, and 3 on-site laundry facilities. All apartments come with a stove, refrigerator, disposal, dishwasher, carpet, and ceiling fans. Medical emergency buttons that call 9-1-1 directly are also in each apartment. Our income caps are $27,360 for 1 person and $31,260 for 2 people. All utilities are paid except electric.
