The Continental, the newest addition to the Mercantile Place community in Downtown Dallas, is pleased to offer Affordable Housing Program options for qualified individuals and families.
We are conveniently located on Commerce Street at the intersection of St. Paul just across the street from the Main Street Garden Park. Our ideal location offers easy access to Public Transportation, whether it’s the buses right outside or the rail line just blocks away, either option makes it easy to get anywhere in the city. We also offer an on-site parking garage for even more convenience.
Every one of our one- and two-bedroom apartments has a full kitchen including microwave oven and dishwasher, in-suite washer and dryer, wood flooring, and ample storage space. All residents have access to The Continentals fitness center, spa and 11th floor resident lounge and terrace with its big screen TV, billiards table and BBQ/picnic area. Additionally, residents can also use the pool terrace and amenities at The Mercantile Place complex directly across the street.
